1. Most még nincs mitől elállni

A Weboldalon jelenleg foglalás (előrendelés) adható le, és a foglaláskor FIZETÉSRE NEM KERÜL SOR. Adásvételi szerződés így még nem jön létre, ezért elállási jog sem nyílik meg — nincs visszatérítendő összeg sem.

A foglalás a fizetés megerősítéséig bármikor, indokolás nélkül, díjmentesen lemondható: elég egy e-mail a info@phaseperfumes.hu címre a foglalási azonosítóval. A lemondást írásban visszaigazoljuk.

2. Ami a fizetés után lesz érvényes

Amint a szériád töltésre kerül, fizetési felhívást küldünk. A fizetéssel jön létre az adásvételi szerződés — ettől a ponttól illet meg a 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet szerinti, 14 napos, indokolás nélküli elállási jog, a termék átvételétől számítva.

Az elállás menetéről, a nyilatkozat-mintáról és a visszatérítés szabályairól a fizetési felhívás előtt, külön, írásban is tájékoztatunk. A lényeg előre: a bontatlan, sértetlen csomagolású termék visszaküldhető, a felbontott parfümüveg — higiéniai okból, jogszabály alapján — nem.

A visszatérítés a teljes kifizetett összegre vonatkozik, a szállítási díjjal együtt, a legolcsóbb szokásos fuvarozási mód mértékéig, legkésőbb 14 napon belül, ugyanazzal a fizetési móddal.

3. Ha a terméket mégsem tudjuk teljesíteni

Ha a lefoglalt illat a szériában nem elérhető, választhatsz: átsorolás a következő szériába a helyed megtartásával, váltás másik illatra, vagy díjmentes megszüntetés. Ha fizetés már történt, a befizetett összeget legkésőbb 14 napon belül maradéktalanul visszatérítjük.

4. Panasz, jogorvoslat

Panasz a info@phaseperfumes.hu címen tehető, amelyre 30 napon belül válaszolunk. Fogyasztói jogvita esetén a lakóhelyed szerint illetékes békéltető testülethez (a Szolgáltató székhelye szerint: Győr-Moson-Sopron Vármegyei Békéltető Testület, 9022 Győr, Szent István út 10/A, tel.: +36 96 520 217, bekelteto.testulet@gymsmkik.hu), illetve az EU online vitarendezési platformjához (ec.europa.eu/odr) fordulhatsz.

1. There is nothing to withdraw from yet

The Site currently takes reservations (pre-orders) only, and NO PAYMENT is taken when a reservation is placed. No contract of sale is concluded, so no right of withdrawal arises — and there is nothing to refund.

A reservation may be cancelled at any time before payment is confirmed, without giving reasons and free of charge: simply e-mail info@phaseperfumes.hu with your reservation reference. We confirm cancellations in writing.

2. What will apply once you have paid

As soon as your batch is being filled we send a payment request. The contract of sale is concluded on payment — from that point you have the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons under Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), counted from receiving the goods.

We inform you separately and in writing about how to withdraw, the model form and the refund rules before the payment request. The essentials up front: unopened products in intact packaging can be returned; an opened perfume bottle cannot, for hygiene reasons prescribed by law.

The refund covers the full amount paid, including delivery up to the cost of the least expensive standard method, within 14 days at the latest, using the same means of payment.

3. If we cannot fulfil your reservation

If the reserved fragrance is unavailable in the batch, you choose: carry over to the next batch keeping your place, switch to another fragrance, or cancel free of charge. If payment has already been made, we refund it in full within 14 days at the latest.

4. Complaints and remedies

Complaints are received at info@phaseperfumes.hu and answered within 30 days. In the event of a consumer dispute you may turn to the conciliation body competent for your place of residence (for the Provider's seat: Győr-Moson-Sopron Vármegyei Békéltető Testület, 9022 Győr, Szent István út 10/A, tel.: +36 96 520 217, bekelteto.testulet@gymsmkik.hu) or to the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
