1. A szolgáltató

A phaseperfumes.com weboldalt (a továbbiakban: „Weboldal”) a Phase Perfumes (a továbbiakban: „Szolgáltató”) üzemelteti. Kapcsolat: hello@phaseperfumes.com. [Cégnév, székhely, cégjegyzékszám, adószám — kitöltendő a tényleges cégadatokkal.]

2. A szolgáltatás: előrendelés fizetés nélkül

A Weboldalon jelenleg kizárólag előrendelés (foglalás) adható le a Phase extrait de parfum termékekre. Az előrendelés leadásakor fizetésre nem kerül sor, és a Weboldal bankkártya- vagy egyéb fizetési adatot nem kér és nem tárol. Az előrendelés a megadott e-mail-címhez kötött szándéknyilatkozat, amely alapján a Szolgáltató a kért mennyiséget félreteszi a sorszámozott szériából.

A tényleges adásvételi szerződés a későbbi, kifejezett megerősítéssel és fizetéssel jön létre; annak feltételeiről (ár, szállítás, elállás) a Szolgáltató a fizetési lehetőség megnyitása előtt e-mailben ad tájékoztatást. Az előrendelés bármikor, indoklás nélkül lemondható a hello@phaseperfumes.com címen.

A feltüntetett árak euróban (EUR) értendők, és a mindenkori akciós kedvezmények (ha vannak) a Weboldalon jelzett módon módosíthatják azokat. A szállítás tervezett kezdete: 2026. október; a Szolgáltató fenntartja a jogot az időpont módosítására, erről az előrendelőket e-mailben értesíti.

3. Fiók és hűségprogram

A Weboldalon önkéntesen fiók hozható létre. A fiókhoz hűségprogram tartozik: az előrendelések után hűségpontok, illetve kedvezménykuponok járhatnak. A pontok és kuponok nem válthatók készpénzre, nem ruházhatók át, és a Szolgáltató által meghatározott feltételekkel (pl. lejárat, minimális kosárérték) használhatók fel.

A Szolgáltató fenntartja a jogot a hűségprogram feltételeinek módosítására vagy megszüntetésére; a már jóváírt kedvezmények ésszerű átmeneti ideig felhasználhatók maradnak. Visszaélés (pl. tömeges álfiókok) esetén a Szolgáltató az érintett fiókot és a hozzá tartozó pontokat felfüggesztheti.

4. Hírlevél

A hírlevélre való feliratkozás önkéntes és bármikor visszavonható: minden levél alján leiratkozó link található, illetve a fiókbeállításokban is kikapcsolható. A hírlevél tartalma: szériák nyitása, privát bemutatók, akciók — legfeljebb havi rendszerességgel.

5. Szellemi tulajdon

A Weboldal teljes tartalma (szövegek, képek, grafikák, elnevezések, kompozíciók leírása) a Szolgáltató szellemi tulajdona, előzetes írásbeli engedély nélkül nem használható fel.

6. Felelősség és jogviták

A Szolgáltató a Weboldal folyamatos elérhetőségéért nem vállal felelősséget, és fenntartja a jogot a Weboldal módosítására. A jelen feltételekre a magyar jog irányadó. Fogyasztói jogvita esetén a fogyasztó a lakóhelye szerinti békéltető testülethez, illetve az EU online vitarendezési platformjához (ec.europa.eu/odr) fordulhat. The phaseperfumes.com website (the “Site”) is operated by Phase Perfumes (the “Provider”). Contact: hello@phaseperfumes.com. [Company name, registered seat, registration number, tax number — to be completed with the actual company details.]

2. The service: pre-orders without payment

The Site currently offers pre-orders (reservations) of Phase extrait de parfum products only. No payment is taken when a pre-order is placed, and the Site neither requests nor stores card or other payment details. A pre-order is a declaration of intent tied to the e-mail address provided, on the basis of which the Provider sets aside the requested quantity from the numbered batch.

The actual contract of sale is concluded later, upon explicit confirmation and payment; the Provider will inform pre-order customers of its terms (price, shipping, withdrawal) by e-mail before payment opens. A pre-order can be cancelled at any time, without giving reasons, at hello@phaseperfumes.com.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR); any promotional discounts modify them as indicated on the Site. Shipping is planned to start in October 2026; the Provider reserves the right to change this date and will notify pre-order customers by e-mail.

3. Account and loyalty programme

An account may be created on the Site voluntarily. The account includes a loyalty programme: pre-orders may earn loyalty points and discount coupons. Points and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and may be used subject to the conditions set by the Provider (e.g. expiry, minimum cart value).

The Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme; credited benefits remain usable for a reasonable transition period. In case of abuse (e.g. mass fake accounts) the Provider may suspend the affected account and its points.

4. Newsletter

Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time: every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link, and the subscription can also be switched off in account settings. Newsletter content: batch openings, private previews, offers — at most monthly.

5. Intellectual property

The entire content of the Site (texts, images, graphics, names, descriptions of compositions) is the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be used without prior written permission.

6. Liability and disputes

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site and reserves the right to modify it. These terms are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to the conciliation body competent for their place of residence or to the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
